You have an idea of where you want to be, you just need to get there.

At one point, you were excited for the day. Even though your days had ups and downs, at least you were looking forward to the high points. Now, as much as you want to feel excited, it feels like most of the high points fall flat.  Many of the things that you used to enjoy, or were just part of your daily routine, now feel like a task. You want things to change, but you feel a little stuck.
You want to look forward to your days again. You want to identify what is important to you and be able to live it out. You want to feel as though you're working toward your purpose, and to be content—truly satisfied with your life and who you are.
By using my warm, but genuine, with some dark humor added in type of approach-- I will be there every step of the way to help you get where you want to be. We will explore what makes you who you are, who you want to be, gain a better understanding of your emotions, explore what thought patterns drain you, and how to use the insight and skills learned in therapy to have energy to live your days to the fullest.
